Catherine Currin is a wealth management financial advisor based in Raleigh, NC.

Catherine joined CAPTRUST in 2022 and serves as a consultant and relationship manager. She works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals as they are planning for or living in retirement. Catherine provides clients with comprehensive financial planning and advice in addition to wealth and investment management. Prior to this role she worked on the firm’s brand marketing team.

Before joining CAPTRUST, Catherine was associate editor of WALTER Magazine, and in nonprofit development at Raleigh’s The Green Chair Project.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism from Wake Forest University. She also holds the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®.

Born and raised in Raleigh, Catherine is actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the board for the YMCA of the Triangle’s Young Professionals Board. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, reading, and spending time on the North Carolina coast.
