Spencer has been in the financial services industry since 2007, as a mortgage loan officer, workplace planning consultant, a senior retirement counselor and a webinar specialist. He has also served in the Air Force for 25 years.

When not at work, Spencer enjoys time with his three children and grandson. He also loves doing home improvement projects with his wife. He and his wife travel often and enjoy trying new indigenous cuisine.
