In July, the Triangle Business Journal included CAPTRUST in their annual listing of Best Places to Work. This year marks the sixth time CAPTRUST has received this accolade from the Journal.
Fifty local businesses were scored based on voluntary survey responses submitted by employees. To be eligible for recognition, companies must be rated highly by employees and have met an employee participation threshold.
“Receiving this recognition is a big honor for our business,” said Wilson Hoyle, managing director at CAPTRUST. “And it tells me we’re doing something right with our employees, which is important to us.”
The publication honors top-ranked businesses in four size categories: small, medium, large, and giant. Specific rankings in the respective categories will be announced at an awards luncheon, which will be hosted at Raleigh Improv in Cary, North Carolina on September 12.
