CAPTRUST recently earned second place on the Triangle Business Journal’s annual ranking of the Best Places to Work. The firm was included in the extra-large company category, featuring employers with more than 250 workers in the Triangle.
New to this year’s nomination process were questions regarding the firm’s response to COVID-19.
“Our firm’s business continuity plan emphasizes the safety of our employees. In addition to enabling employees to work from home, CEO Miller was quick to ease concerns by announcing there would be no layoffs related to the pandemic,” CAPTRUST shared in its submission.
CAPTRUST was recognized in a group of 50 employers in the Raleigh-area that encompasses firms of all sizes. The ranking is based on data gathered from employee surveys.
