The Triangle Business Journal announced its Best Places to Work list for 2022, ranking CAPTRUST fourth among extra-large companies with at least 250 employees. CAPTRUST moved up two places over last year.
Fifty companies were scored based on voluntary employee survey responses regarding company benefits, workplace accommodations, and employee morale.
The ranking highlights the firm’s shareholder program, which is offered to employees after three years at the firm, as well as the CAPTRUST Community Foundation. This year’s submission also considered companies’ remote work policies. CAPTRUST has implemented new workplace flexibility based on the employee’s role and business needs. CAPTRUST employees are eligible for up to 80 days of remote work per year.
