Anthony Scarpo is a vice president and financial advisor based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Anthony joined CAPTRUST in 2021 from PWA Wealth Management—an independent wealth management firm—where he served as president and chief compliance officer. In this role, he ensured that clients received the highest level of service while future-proofing the firm. As part of our team, Anthony offers families and institutions a single source of trust for the totality of their financial needs.

Prior to joining PWA, Anthony was an attorney with The Nichols Law Group, where he remains Of Counsel. He focused his practice on commercial real estate, oil and gas, corporate and business transactions, contracts, and estate planning. Anthony’s legal background proves especially useful in navigating the ever-evolving regulatory landscape within the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and pre-law from the University of Dayton and a Doctor of Law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, their son Conrad, and their two dogs, Ari, and Roscoe. He gives back to his community by serving as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.
