An independent financial advisor for more than 25 years, she specializes in investment plan review and customized strategies, retirement income planning, estate investment planning and tax-efficient strategies, multi-generational wealth planning and management, and retirement plan fiduciary consulting.

Understanding her clients’ risk tolerance and long-term goals allows Debbie to tailor dynamic and flexible investment plans specific to each client. As life changes, Debbie provides education and counsel to help keep client investment plans on track for success. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from California State University at Fresno.
