Troy Kerr is a wealth management financial advisor based in Kansas City, MO.

Troy joined CAPTRUST in 2022 from Frontier Wealth Management, where he was one of the firm’s founding members. As a senior vice president and financial advisor at CAPTRUST, Troy helps clients meet their financial goals by educating, counseling, and advising them through important decisions.  

He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. 

Outside of work, Troy enjoys grilling, sports, and spending time with his family.
