Kevin Major is an institutional advisor based in Maryland.

Kevin joined CAPTRUST in 2025, where he assists companies in optimizing retirement benefits to ensure their employees can achieve a successful retirement. He specializes in plan design, vendor selection, and tailoring retirement benefits to produce the best outcomes for participants.

Kevin began his career in 2014 at AFS 401(k) Retirement Services as a client service associate. He has also served as a consultant at OneDigital and as the director of operations at Howard Insurance Agency.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Towson University.

Outside of work, Kevin serves as the vice president of Frederick County SHRM. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Evelyn, and their two dogs, Toby and Keith, and plays golf in his spare time.
