Randal Hagen is an institutional advisor in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Randal is a retirement plan advisor, with more than 15 years of experience assisting retirement plan sponsors with creating robust retirement plans that meet the needs of their participants.

Before joining CAPTRUST, he worked for large retirement plan providers, including Lincoln Financial, Transamerica, and Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company (VALIC). The majority of his experience involves working with healthcare and higher education clients. He is also a veteran of the United States Army and retired in 2021 with more than 21 years of service.

Randal graduated from Empire State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.

When Randal is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Additionally, he and his wife are active in their community—especially in raising funds for their kids’ parent teacher association.
