Randy Rowray is a financial consultant and relationship manager in Des Moines, IA.

Randy works closely with corporate fiduciaries to improve retirement plan outcomes for both plan sponsors and their participants. Randy is passionate about delivering impactful At Work retirement services that help employees better prepare for their financial futures.

Before joining CAPTRUST, Randy served as senior vice president of business development and distribution at a national brokerage firm, where he specialized in annuity and life insurance executive benefit solutions. His extensive experience in executive benefits and retirement planning allows him to bring a strategic, client-focused approach to every engagement.

Randy graduated from Simpson College, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics.

Outside of the office, Randy enjoys fishing, golfing, traveling, and giving back to his community by helping coach youth wrestling.
