Hayley Betts is a financial planning associate based in Minneapolis, MN.

Hayley supports the development of personalized financial strategies by analyzing client data, preparing reports, and assisting with investment and retirement planning. She collaborates with senior planners to ensure clients receive thoughtful, well-structured recommendations.

Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Hayley worked at another financial planning firm, where she gained experience supporting financial planning and client service.

Hayley graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, earning a Bachelor of Science in business with a major in finance. She is also enrolled in the Dalton CFP Board Registered Program and is working towards certification.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring new places, whether that’s traveling or trying something new that’s local to her.
