Catherine Mitchell is a senior specialist, financial planner based in Lake Success, NY.

Catherine joined CAPTRUST in 2019. She works with financial advisors and clients to create holistic financial plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyle. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a financial advisor from 2013-2019 where she assisted clients with comprehensive financial and retirement planning.

Catherine earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in International Studies and Spanish. She also earned her Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University.

When Catherine is not working, she spends time with her daughter and dog. She also enjoys reading, traveling, running, and teaching yoga, barre, and Pilates as a certified yoga, barre, and group fitness instructor.
