Jason LaGrange is an institutional retirement plan financial advisor based in Raleigh, NC.

Jason works with plan sponsors to develop strategies that improve participant outcomes, strengthen fiduciary governance, and support long-term retirement readiness. He provides investment oversight, plan design consulting, benchmarking, fee analysis, and fiduciary education to help organizations achieve their retirement plan goals.

Jason served as a relationship director at OneAmerica Financial, where he partnered with plan sponsors to support strategic plan and participant outcomes. He also served as a regional sales director at Mutual of America Financial Group, leading retirement plan recordkeeping sales efforts and building relationships with advisors, consultants, and plan sponsors.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts in communications, public relations from Marist University.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys fitness, golf, travel, and spending time with his son, often cheering him on at baseball and basketball games.
