Katie Colon is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in North Miami, Florida.

Katie is responsible for providing defined contribution investment advisory services to retirement plan sponsors. She builds deep relationships with her clients, understands their unique needs, and provides meaningful solutions that solve their problems and makes a sizeable impact within their organization.

She does this is by helping clients understand and execute their fiduciary responsibilities, optimize plan design, and provide more comprehensive education and financial wellness resources to employees.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Towson University. She got started in the retirement industry by working for a recordkeeper, realizing that she wanted a different relationship with clients, and to be completely vendor-agnostic. Her first advisor role was at OneDigital.

Outside of work, she’s a huge Boston sports fan, having been born and raised in Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and giving back to the community.
