Kaye Penfield is an operations professional based in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Kaye is a big picture thinker who likes to work her way back to the details. She handles many day-to-day functions, so the team can focus on clients. Kaye was welcomed to the firm in late 2024, when TruNorth Wealth Partners became CAPTRUST.

Kaye’s financial services industry experience includes more than 20 years working for a Fortune 500 company. Throughout her career, she served as an office and legal specialist and legal secretary, where she focused on leadership support, technology implementation, new process creation, and reporting solutions.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking and canning, and music—specifically singing and playing violin. She and her husband Mike have resided in the Twin Cities since their college days. They enjoy spending time with their family, friends, and their two four-legged canines.
