Lisa Caito is the director of retirement plan consulting based in Chesterton, IN.

Lisa has strong experience in retirement plan document design and has a special focus on navigating the complexities of mergers and acquisitions. She is passionate about partnering with plan sponsors to develop strategic retirement plans that enhance participant readiness. Her work blends technical expertise with collaborative relationships to deliver impactful, result-driven solutions.

Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Lisa worked for Voya, an organization that acquired OneAmerica, where she had previously worked for more than 24 years. She launched her career in retirement services, focusing on plan administration and recordkeeping. She then shifted her focus to plan consulting, ERISA, and plan design in 2008 and led that team for more than a decade.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Ball State University, and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading, traveling with her family, and hiking in national parks.
