Loredana Morosanu is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Austin, TX.

Loredana has more than 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry and joined CAPTRUST in 2026. She serves as a financial advisor responsible for providing retirement plan consulting and fiduciary advisory services to plan sponsors and fiduciaries.

Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Loredana spent more than 20 years in relationship management and strategic consulting roles within the retirement plan industry at Schwab Retirement Plan Services and Verisight, Inc. Throughout her career, she has advised plan sponsors on plan design, fiduciary best practices, retirement plan governance, participant outcomes, and industry trends.

Loredana received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in Romania.

Loredana holds the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations through ASPPA. She is passionate about helping fiduciaries navigate complex retirement plan challenges while improving participant retirement readiness and plan effectiveness.
