Sarah Chobot Falgiatano is a principal and institutional advisor based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Sarah advises a broad range of institutional investors, including corporate retirement plans, endowments and foundations, healthcare organizations, and family offices. She partners with boards, investment committees, and organizational leadership on complex investment and fiduciary matters, helping organizations strengthen governance and align investment strategy with long-term objectives.

Prior to joining CAPTRUST in 2021, Sarah was an investment consultant at Ellwood Associates, where she advised institutional investors and served on both the defined contribution team and the traditional manager research committee.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.

In addition to serving clients, Sarah is actively involved in CAPTRUST’s Women’s Initiative. She has been part of teams recognized by industry publications, including Barron’s Top 100 Institutional Consulting Teams (2023-2026) and NAPA Top DC Advisor Teams (2022, 2024, and 2025).

They held interviews with 699 individuals from 563 of the largest tax-exempt funds in the U.S. These U.S.-based institutional investors are corporate, public, union, and endowment and foundation funds with either pension or investment pool assets greater than $150 million. Study participants were asked to provide quantitative and qualitative evaluations of their asset management and investment consulting providers, including qualitative assessments of those firms soliciting their business and detailed information on important market trends. Neither CAPTRUST nor its advisors paid a fee to Crisil Coalition to obtain or use the ranking.
