She leads advisor development and advisor engagement efforts within key CAPTRUST growth initiatives, building programs and learning experiences that help advisors sharpen their skills, build meaningful connections, and execute more effectively in pursuit of long-term growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in the retirement and wealth advisory industry, Dawn is known for her ability to quickly build trusted relationships, bring people together around a common goal, and help transform ideas into meaningful results. She believes the best learning happens through experience, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in humanities from Bob Jones University.
Outside of work, Dawn values meaningful relationships, time outdoors, and opportunities to explore new places. A former endurance athlete, she spent years tackling marathons, triathlons, and other challenges that reinforced her appreciation for perseverance, growth, and adventure. These days, she’s happiest exploring somewhere new, especially if it involves sunshine, water, and a paddleboard.
