Bryce Lew is a senior associate, relationship management based in San Ramon, CA.

Bryce works closely with clients to simplify complex financial decisions, coordinate planning strategies, and help ensure portfolios align with their long-term goals. He partners with senior advisors to deliver a consistent, high-touch client experience across all aspects of financial planning and investment management.

Before joining CAPTRUST, Bryce served in the U.S. Army as an armor officer, attaining the rank of captain over four years of service. He led teams in high-stakes environments at both the battalion and company levels, deploying to the Middle East and Poland. His experience required disciplined decision-making, managing risk under pressure, and overseeing the training and well-being of hundreds of soldiers.

Bryce earned his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. He earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation in 2025 and is actively preparing to complete the CFP® certification.

Outside of work, Bryce enjoys an active lifestyle. He is an avid snowboarder and spends his free time hiking, fishing, walking his dogs, and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys watching movies and spending time with his family.
