Janet Carlson is a financial paraprofessional and client service associate based in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Janet joined the firm in late 2024, when TruNorth Wealth Partners became CAPTRUST. She’s passionate about getting the job done right, whether it’s managing complex compensation plans, multiple financial accounts, or other aspects of the client’s financial ecosystem.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Bethel University.

When not at work, Janet enjoys spending time with family, is an avid reader, loves the outdoors, and serves as a volunteer in her community and church.
