Naomi Soto is an institutional retirement plan advisor based near Lake Mary, Florida.

Naomi helps plan sponsors shape their retirement plans’ strategic direction, optimize financial performance, achieve operational excellence, and implement effective solutions.

She also guides clients toward their retirement goals, ensuring compliant and efficient plan administration.

Her career began, as a human resource professional, followed by more than a decade in roles that specialized in defined benefit plan administration, plan terminations, annuity buy-outs, and deferred vested cashouts across all markets, including tax-exempt. Before joining CAPTRUST, she was in a role that specialized in defined contribution, defined benefit, and nonqualified plans.

Naomi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Adventist University and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on human resources from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.

When not working, Naomi enjoys traveling the world; hiking with her dog, Kona; training and competing with her horse, Palm Beach, in show jumping; flying her Cessna 182; and spending time with family and friends. And no matter where she is, she’s always rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
