Tristen Pals is an operations associate based in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Tristen was welcomed to the firm in late 2024, when TruNorth Wealth Partners became CAPTRUST.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in finance from Kansas State University, he began his career as a with the FDIC as a financial institution specialist. He came to the realization that he wanted to serve clients in a more personally impactful manner.

At CAPTRUST, Tristen teams with wealth partners to provide client services and streamline ongoing operations.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing or watching any sport with a ball, fishing, playing music, and spending time with his friends and family.
