Molly Thompson is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in Doylestown, PA.

Molly joined CAPTRUST in 2021 and is responsible for providing retirement plan advisory services to corporate fiduciaries. Prior to CAPTRUST, Molly was a senior vice president and head of institutional client service for investment banking company Macquarie Group. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and business from Villanova University, where she graduated cum laude. She has been in the industry since 1996.

When Molly is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her two teenage children, and two dogs, along with going to the beach, reading, and cooking.
