Andrew Raggio is senior director, head of trading at CAPTRUST, based in Raleigh, NC.

Andrew leads several teams within CAPTRUST’s Portfolio Solutions and Trading group, providing leadership across trading, portfolio implementation, investment operations infrastructure, and strategic initiatives. His work focuses on delivering scalable investment solutions, improving execution quality, advancing operational capabilities, and enhancing the advisor and client experience.

Before joining CAPTRUST, Andrew spent 17 years on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange as a floor broker, relationship manager, and leader in execution, supervision, and compliance functions. Additionally, he worked as a financial advisor and as an embedded compliance consultant, supporting regulatory oversight, compliance testing programs, and mergers and acquisitions initiatives.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Business Management from Western Governors University.
