Jeanne Kelsey is a principal and wealth management financial advisor based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jeanne was welcomed in 2025, when Carolinas Investment Consulting (CIC) became CAPTRUST.

At CIC, she served as chief operating officer and as a chief compliance officer in addition to being one of the owners of the firm.

Jeanne had more than 25 years of experience with the CIC team, the first 15 of which as a relationship manager working directly with clients. She shared this experience with others in the firm to perpetuate the culture of putting the client first and maintaining the highest of standards.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in engineering physics and a Bachelor of Arts in aeronautics-mathematics from Miami University in Ohio, she went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, concentrating in finance and management.

Jeanne is originally from Connecticut, but now happily calls North Carolina home. She currently lives in Waxhaw with her husband and son.

For recreation she enjoys spending time at her farm with her horses and the rest of the menagerie, traveling with her family, and reading.
