Karen joined CAPTRUST in 2004 and currently serves as senior director, head of wealth client services in our Raleigh, North Carolina, headquarters.
As leader of this group, Karen oversees a team of more than 200 CAPTRUST colleagues in client service and operations for our wealth management clients. Karen has held several positions during her tenure at the firm. Previously, she led CAPTRUST’s wealth operations unit where she was responsible for developing and maintaining procedures to improve efficiencies for our wealth operations, as well as assisting our integration team in onboarding newly acquired offices. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Karen worked in Wachovia Bank’s personal trust and investment management departments.
When she is not at work, Karen appreciates live music and enjoys running, cooking, golf, and reading, as well as volunteering and supporting dog rescue organizations.
