Before joining CAPTRUST in 2023, Melissa spent over 15 years working in strategic planning and financial analysis, collaborating with healthcare executives to design and implement health care programs and strategies that improved the quality and cost of care provided to patients.

Melissa holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Ohio State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and a Masters degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University.

When she’s not at work, Melissa enjoys quality time with her husband Geoff and their two sons Cameron and Cooper. She also loves playing tennis, skiing, traveling, and cheering on The Ohio State University Buckeyes
