Rosana Hernandez is an institutional retirement plan advisor based in San Francisco.

Rosana’s focus is on qualified plans, and her expertise spans fiduciary responsibility, investment selection, due diligence, and workplace financial wellness.

Before joining CAPTRUST, she founded a startup that launched as a registered investment advisor firm and later pivoted to sustainability consulting. Before going independent, she served in a number of roles, ranging from vice president to client relations manager with industry organizations such as Voya Financial and John Hancock Financial.

Outside of work, she is first and foremost an athlete. Rosana has been a runner and cyclist for over a decade, participating in half-marathons and century rides.

When not on the move, she volunteers in her community, voraciously reads, and takes in the culture of her metropolis. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
