Charles B. Pyke, Jr., is a wealth management financial advisor based in Stockbridge, GA.

Charles joined CAPTRUST in 2021. He brings over 30 years of experience as a financial consultant and attorney, providing a wide range of financial and legal services focusing on five key areas: investments, estate planning, asset protection, tax planning, and retirement income planning. Charles focuses on developing and maintaining a holistic plan which encompass those five key areas in an effort to help clients be good stewards of that that has been entrusted to them.

Prior to joining our team, Charles founded Stewardship Financial Advisors, LLC, a comprehensive financial services firm, KP&B Tax Planning, LLC, a tax compliance firm, and the law firm of Pyke & Associates, P.C. Charles has drafted over 14,000 estate plans and has administered thousands of estates. This unique experience as the founding partner of legal, financial, and tax firms enables him to better represent clients in comprehensive planning.

Charles is the author of The Complete Guide to Estate and Legacy Planning: A Roadmap to Protecting Your Family, Wealthy and Legacy, and is co-author of two other books, A Will Is Not Enough In Georgia and Estate Planning Basics: 38 Commonly Asked Questions About Estate Planning. He is a frequent speaker on various estate planning topics, regularly presenting educational seminars for public and private groups.

Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Auburn University and a Doctor of Law degree from the Emory University.

Outside of work, Charles is devoted to family and serving his community. In 2014, he and his wife Lane established a charitable foundation to provide financial support to individuals and organizations who are furthering the kingdom work. Charles also enjoys horseback riding, wildlife conservation, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and skeet shooting.
