Dillon Ladenburger is a wealth management financial advisor based in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Dillon joined CAPTRUST in 2025. As a wealth management advisor, he helps clients identify their financial goals and risks, then build a financial plan to meet those goals and avoid or anticipate risks. He strives to make financial planning something his clients look forward to and enjoy. Before joining CAPTRUST, Dillon worked as a relationship manager for high-net-worth clients at T. Rowe Price. In his early career, he was a camp director, helping to build and lead a traveling summer camp with the Navigators Ministries.

Dillon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in leadership and development from North Carolina State University and is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®).

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, camping, playing with his son, listening to and playing music, having spontaneous dance parties with his wife, and traveling to learn about new places and cultures.
