James Stafford leads the firm’s corporate real estate and facilities team and works out of the Raleigh, NC office.

James joined CAPTRUST in 2007 to lead and grow the information technology team. He has also served on the integration team, overseeing acquisition technology and real estate integrations. Currently, he leads a team responsible for managing the firm’s corporate real estate strategy that manages space acquisition, office up fits, renovations and daily facilities management across a growing portfolio. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, James worked in various roles within the information technology industry.
