Joseph Pesnell is a wealth management financial advisor based in Chesterfield, MO.

Joe joined CAPTRUST in 2022 from Frontier Wealth Management and serves as a senior vice president and financial advisor. He consults with private clients regarding asset management, alternative investments, and low-cost diversification strategies for concentrated stock holdings. Prior to joining Frontier, Joe served as a senior advisor with AHM Asset Management and Bank of America’s Alternative Strategies Group.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri University’s School of Finance and Banking and received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1977. He is also a member of the CFA Society of St. Louis.

When not focusing on investments, Joe enjoys golfing, traveling, and devoting time to his local church. He lives in Chesterfield with his wife, Lyn.
